We will endeavor to deliver “Products” to your requested delivery location within the time specified by us when you place your order, but we cannot guarantee any fixed delivery dates or times. Delivery options are listed here, although these estimated delivery times are indicative only.

Shipping takes place exclusively within the European Union. The delivery time is up to 5 days. Any deviations in delivery times are noted on the respective product page. Shipping is carried out via DHL's “age verification service”. DHL checks the age of the recipient using an ID document if it is not clear that the recipient is of legal age. The goods will only be handed over to the recipient in person or to a person living in the household who has reached the minimum age. Alternative delivery to neighbors, to a specified location or to a parcel station is not possible. Deliveries to parcel stations are automatically redirected to the nearest post office.
